Account information
When you sign in with Google, AI Lab may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image. Email sign-in stores the account information needed to authenticate you.
Data you store
Saved conversations, generated content, plans, designs, business memory, credit history, and other workspace data may be stored so you can return to them across sessions.
AI providers
When you use an AI feature, the prompt, selected settings, uploaded references, and relevant context may be sent to the AI provider needed to process that request. Different tools may use different providers.
Usage and billing data
AI Lab records generation identifiers, usage, provider cost information when available, credits charged, and payment records needed to operate the credit system and investigate billing issues. Website statistics use hashed random browser identifiers, activity timestamps and verified signed-in account IDs to distinguish visitors and members and estimate live activity. An offline IP database estimates city, region and country; raw IPs, coordinates, email addresses and page URLs are not stored in visitor analytics or sent to a geolocation provider. Estimates may be inaccurate, especially with VPNs. Authorized administrators can see recent visitor activity and estimated locations. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete supported saved content from the workspace, sign out of your account, and contact AI Lab to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account data subject to legal and operational requirements.
Security and contact
AI Lab uses reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy questions or data requests, use the Contact page.
Admin phone notifications
Authorized administrators can opt in individual devices for payment, signup and sign-in alerts. AI Lab stores each device push subscription and preferences. Encrypted generic notifications are delivered through the browser platform’s push service; names, email addresses, payment amounts and proof images are not included. Delivery records expire after 24 hours. Device notifications remain enabled until disabled or the subscription expires; opening a notification still requires admin authorization.
iOS companion and accounts
The iOS app is a free companion to AI Lab Web. Your existing account shares its Credits and saved work. The iOS app has no checkout or links directing you to buy Credits. Where available, Apple sign-in uses your Apple identifier and chosen email, including private relay; sign-in is separate from payment.
Native data and account deletion
In iOS, open Settings → Delete account and confirm account ownership. Deletion removes the shared Web/iOS account, sessions, account-linked saved work and unused Credits. Owned private images and payment-proof files are queued for retryable cleanup. Native audio and other app-owned files are removed on confirmed deletion from that device. Exported copies and files on other devices are outside remote control. Minimal receipt-replay or legally required records may remain.
Android account deletion
In Android, open Settings → Delete account. After a recent sign-in and account ownership check, type DELETE to request permanent deletion. Apple-linked accounts need Apple reauthorization through the iOS app; contact support if that is unavailable. Deletion removes the shared AI Lab account, sessions, saved work and unused Credits across Web and apps. Private server files enter retryable cleanup; Android attempts to remove this account’s app-private files on the device after server confirmation. Exported copies and files on other devices remain. Minimal fraud-prevention or legally required records may remain. If the app is unavailable, use the account deletion request page; support verifies ownership before completing the request.
AI sharing, retention and support
Before native AI submission, you choose whether to share selected prompts, context, documents and photos with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek or xAI, sometimes through OpenRouter; music generation uses Google through OpenRouter. Providers apply their own retention policies. Withdraw future sharing in Settings; this does not recall earlier requests or delete saved data. Some tool result copies expire after seven days; metadata and other saved work remain until deletion. Support messages go to a private administrator inbox.
